Consumer Model Prototype specifically made for E3 in 2011 as first public model presented to the public. To that time it was still referred to as NGP (Next Gerneration Portable)

Naming

"CEM" most probably corresponds to: Consumer Engineering Model
This model doesn't follow the CEM suffix naming pattern because of its special purpose!

Serial

unknown

Design

"PlayStation" text on the front instead of "PSVita".
Only one bottom screw between the port and the headphone jack.
A white model exists as well.
No labels since it was a show model.
The backplate design matches CEM-3000NE2

Misc

The following update file exists: PSP2UPDAT-0_925_030-CEM3000E3.PUP
